In the centre of Sal Rei, the island's capital, with shops, market, school, health centre and port within walking distance. It is the plot for those who want to live in town or have a home the family uses all year round, without depending on a car.
Plot B. Next to the SDTIBM
Next to the headquarters of the Tourism Development Company for the islands of Boa Vista and Maio (SDTIBM), in a growth area of the town with defined streets and infrastructure.
These two plots are the most affordable entry point to build on Boa Vista. Both are available; when one is reserved, the page will indicate that one is left.

The person who answers and guides the purchase is Iva Rosario, in Sal Rei, on Boa Vista Island.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy while living outside Cape Verde?
Yes. You need a Cape Verdean tax number (NIF) and can handle everything by power of attorney, without travelling.
Why isn't the price on the page?

Is instalment payment possible?
